From Eagles nest to Lions den with a lil twist of my own.

The other day I was privileged enough to meet up with Cardinals new crew at the Eagles nest and he put us through a beatdown that needed to be spread to Thibodaux.

Mosey to baseball diamond

Will do 4 corners type beatdown

We will do 9 innings (rounds) around the bases

1st 3 innings

1st base will be 10 diamond merkins
2nd base will be 15 air squats
3rd base will be 20 WW1 straight leg sit ups
Home plate will be 5 goosees
Mode of travel is mosey

After 3rd inning is complete take a mosey lap around from home plate to right field foul Pole to left field foul pole and then back home to home plate.

This was Cardinals version that kicked the snot out of me. Therefore YHC figured I would tweak it a little to make it my own.

4~6 innings

1st base 10 Carolina dry docks
2nd base 15 Bobby hurleys
3rd base 20 crunchy frogs (gas pumpers)
Home plate 5 perfect form burpees
Mode of travel walking lunges

After 6th inning is complete take a lap around from home plate to right field foul Pole to left field foul pole and then back home to home plate

7~9 innings

1st base 10 Chuck Norris merkins
2nd base 15 2 is 1 Apollo Junos
3rd base 5 Hail Mary holds (say Hail Mary or equivalent while holding deer 6” off ground independently)
Home plate 5 triple wide merkin burpees
Mode of Travel bear crawls

After 9th inning is complete take a lap around from home plate to right field foul Pole to left field foul pole and then back home to home plate

The Pax got to 3rd base in the 9th inning before we hit 0600 and high tailed it back to the flag.

Finished up with announcements, prayer intentions, and Enron prayed us out.
