G’day! Crikey, I’ll tell ya, back to its first inhabitants, Australia has been populated by folks who were too stubborn to quit. ‘Stailians overcame deserts, crocodiles, and venomous snakes. It’s been said that everything in Straya is trying to kill you. Pax would need that same level of grit to get through this Aussie-themed beatdown. On a bloody Beauty of a Saturday morning at the Peltch 17 Hard Yakkin’ blokes, 6 of them shark biscuits, showed up to take on the bush. So, don’t be a bludger, pull up your khaki daks, put down that bloomin’ onion, crack open a Foster’s and have a go with me, would ya’. Let’s Hand-jive our way through the outback.

Pax 1: 150 Tasmanian Devils (Squat Jump with a 180-degree spin)
Pax 2: Kangaroo Hops for 25 yards, sprint back

Pax 2: Lunges for 25 yards, sprint back

Thang 2:
Mosey to Peltier Park “Football Feild”
While the song “Physical” by Olivia Newton-John is playing, do Zebra kicks for the verse and Fire Hydrants on the Chorus.

Thang 3:
Mosey to the Tennis Court
While “Fine, Fine Life” by For King and Country is playing, do Penguins during the verse. And LBCs during the chorus.

Thang 4:
Mosey to Gazebo
While “Kookaburra” plays, do squats on chorus and Burpees every time the word “Kookaburra” is sung.

Thang 5:
Quiz time
YHC asked 5 Australia-centric questions. If Pax got it right, then they would do 5 merkins, if they got it wrong, then they would do 10. While one pax answered Captain Crunch instead of Captain Cook, the pax eventually got every answer correct. Thanks in part to the serendipitous arrival Big Papua. Turns out these PAX are a buncha bloody Dags.

Thang 6:
Mosey to the “Glory Hole”
While “Thunderstruck” by Accadacca played Pax would hold a plank, and do a Merkin each time the word “Thunder” was sung.

Pax Moseyed back to the Flags and performed a round robin Mary.
Big Papua, of Papua New Guinea (yeah the one down yonder by Australia…..on the only Australia-themed beatdown ever.) was named.

Honeysuckle prayed us out.
