Why does YHC enjoy Monday’s so much? Well, after a day of rest with family, the start of the week is a good time to reflect on what YHC may need to do better for the week. Where are we lacking? Mondays can be anything you want it to be. If the M is a little disappointed in the muscle tone, Merkin Monday it is. If Wet Tap just killed most of the Pax, Mobility Monday might be in order. The list goes on – Mosey Monday, Memorable Men Monday (we need some more history lessons Paradox), Motivational Monday… you get the point.

This Monday would be a Mix it Up Monday – Mobility/mosey/merkin Monday – because sometimes we need a little bit of everything.

1 mile Indian run mosey around rich mans loop commenced with last man dropping off to do 3 Goosies.

For the next thang, we spelled MONDAY:

M – merkins, O – overhead press, N – Nasties (freak variety), D – Dolly’s, A – air squats, Y – Yul Brenner (7 different Merkins = 1 rep)

50 reps of each. After each letter run a lap around the track.

Ended it with a sprinting tabata (30 sec on 15 sec off)
