PAX: Enron, Roxbury, Honeysuckle

AO: The Lion's Den

By: Honeysuckle

The gloom was extra gloomy that night my friends, and thunder, rain, and cell phone warnings rang out throughout the night. On top of all this, Thibodaux’s drainage around the Den wasn’t draining. Only a King Ranch could navigate the river that was Rienzi Dr. Roxbury heeded the warning from Enron and decided to use the ferry instead of fording or floating. After agreement that staying dry was not an option for today, warmarama ensued.

SSH, Windmeals, Imperial Walkers, Tie Fighters x2, Cherry Pickers, Star Catchers, Self Love, Willie Mays Hayes

Smosey to near the Municipal Auditorium entrance. Reprise of Saturday’s core series, slightly ab-breviated. 100s, WWI, Boat-Canoe, Scissor, Leg Raises, Freddy Mercury. But these flowed well into each other and were challenging.

Pax forded the river and made it to Aldi, where the parking lot was high and didn’t have any standing water. The next thang was 11’s, but really 33/22’s. On one side of the parking lot was world’s worst merkins (wide hands, regular hands, diamond = 1) and at the far side was Bobby Hurley’s All Stars (Bobby Hurley then Star Jump = 1). The MOT was a mosey. For 9 and 10 of world’s worst merkins, Q graciously only asked for 5 of them, with the remainder single merkins. Those were still challenging.

For entertainment, we watched vehicles trying to navigate the flooded roads.

With the few minutes remaining, the PAX moved into a 3-man Dora (might have an actual name), with one side doing Apollo Oh-No’s, the other side doing BBS, and the third person bear crawling between these stations. As time ran out, Enron mentioned that we had almost completed 145 of the 150 2:1 Apollos, so Roxbury and YHC each did 5. Mosey back to the starting area. Announcements, Intentions, and Roxbury prayed us out.
