YHC woke up with just 3 things on his to do list today

1 Care for advanced eyes
2 Drive luxury vehicles
3 Hurt men with burpees

Just a standard Thursday

But on my drive down a dark 308 hwy I took a break from daydreaming about my Cessna adventures as the platinum drove itself and thought about how much I appreciate my neighbor/friend/anatomy mentor/life coach. I know his love language is beatdown creativity so today I would speak it.

The pax unveiled their 38th bday present to YHC: A mostly silent warmup and absolutely no shout outs on GroupMe. Pure bliss. They know me well.

We took a lil mosey to the strip mall so I could setup my Paradox Gratitude circuit.

The pax would complete this salute to my friend dox with :

5 burpees , 10 merkins and 15 V-Ups and cycle MOTs every 3rd column between Bear crawls , Lunge walks and Crab walks. A few stops along the way.
