Warmarama: no SV in sight at 5:45. The PAX initiated SSH, expecting him to show up halfway through them (who said “as usual”??) … but the entire warmarama, like a pulsejet, was Valveless.
It began to seem the entire beatdown would be like the English automobile manufactured from 1908 until 1915 in Huddersfield, Yorkshire: Valveless.
But YHC couldn’t stand by and let it be like the American cloud-based software company headquartered in Pasadena, California, that provides products focused on queue and line management, appointment scheduling, virtual service, and service business intelligence… (QLess)
Luckily I had an extra beatdown in my back frunket.
Today’s special was inspired by a classic beatdown, where Enron originally proved to the PAX that he knew all of his alphabets.
The Thang:
A board with exercises listed A-Z. After 15 reps of each, run a lap. Certain exercises bore a mark that indicated bear crawl or murder bunny would replace the lap for that round. (This was quickly abandoned due to time and suck-factor constraints).

Etc…
It is worth noting here that no specific exercise was assigned to the letter Q…
Coincidence? Prophetic? Genius?
YHC was nice enough to also prepare a list of songs … each time around the track, the song was changed for the next letter…. So the PAX would be responsible for identifying the theme (big surprise).
… Lots of chatter about what songs YHC prefers when dining (chainsaw folk revival?)
Of course the songs were by bands listed alphabetically!
